Friendly staff, great location, loved that there was always groovy music playing which created a lovely ambiance. Their breakfast menu and service was fantastic. Rooftop bar was cozy. Great spot for sure, restaurants were a 7-10 min very safe walk or short Uber. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved everything from the minute I walked in, the building itself it’s a art, a gem in the heart of the city, than walking inside, each corner tells a beautiful story through art and design, so vibrant and unique. The bed it’s so comfortable, shower and every detail was so greatly appreciated. Top hospitality! The staff were welcoming, truly inspiring place! Don’t forget to check the rooftop for best cocktails 🤌🏼⭐️🙏

We loved our stay at Pug Seal. Our room was gorgeous, with a huge shower, large, comfy bed and stylish decor. The hotel is in a nice quiet area, though it's easy enough to walk to some nice restaurants. The hotel itself is gorgeous, set in an old villa with lots of original artwork, but the real highlight for us was the concierge and staff, who were so friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat and what to explore. Breakfast was also delicious - would definitely return to Pug Seal if we're ever in Mexico City again

The wonderful breakfast each morning in the lovely garden. The interesting guests we met. Being able to open the windows. Hearing the first bird of the morning chirp his hello. The little nooks throughout the hotel where we could relax. The wonderful decor and use of bold colors. The staff who were most friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms, fresh sheets, a carafe of water in our room each day. Our purple bathroom. The location Polanco.

So many things good for this hotel! We want it something unique and we got it... It is a place of relax within a vibrant city is the perfect place to go after a busy day in CDMX. The art , the staff is so helpful they really are congrats to the staff they are super nice!
